Refunds & Returns

We want every purchase from Make Kindness Great Again to feel considered, meaningful, and worthwhile. If something isn’t right, we’ll handle it fairly.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and labels are intact

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • To ensure the maximum possible funds go directly to our charitable partners, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or colour preference.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, we will always make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your bank

If your order is faulty or incorrect, you do not need to return the item unless we ask.

Charity transparency

All profits from MKGA products are donated to charitable causes.
That said, refunds are part of fair commerce, and we never expect customers to “absorb” mistakes for the sake of the mission.

If something has gone wrong, your refund will be honoured.

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos (only if the item is damaged or faulty)
